Pay according to the First Care Clinic Sliding Fee Scale
We accept all patients regardless of their insurance or financial status. We offer a discount fee program based on a sliding fee scale for all income-eligible uninsured and underinsured patients based on annual income and household size, for most services provided. Our income-based financial assistance means you’ll always get the care you need when you need it.
